## Box 2: Reorder Vial Box

Use this for reorder customers. It should be leaner, cheaper, and easier to pack than the welcome box.

### Contents

- 1 to 10 peptide vials.
- No syringe.
- No alcohol swabs.
- No welcome card.
- No customer onboarding checklist.
- Optional small batch/lot card or QR sticker only.

### Recommended Structure

Use a clear or frosted plastic vial storage box with a 10-slot vial tray, similar to the Alibaba reference for 3 ml, 5 ml, 7 ml, 10 ml, 12 ml, and 20 ml vial storage boxes.

Reference direction:

- Product category: plastic vial storage box / vaccine bottle packaging box / vial holder.
- Use case: 3 ml and 5 ml peptide vial storage.

### Reorder Box Capacity

- Maximum: 10 vials per box.
- Layout: 2 rows x 5 vials.
- Design around 16 mm diameter x 35 mm high peptide vials.
- Minimum cavity pitch: 20 mm center-to-center.
- Recommended internal tray footprint: approximately 110 mm W x 48 mm D.
- Recommended outer box target: approximately 125 mm W x 65 mm D x 45 mm H.
- Final dimensions must be confirmed with the selected vial holder supplier.

### Reorder Branding

The reorder box should not feel like another starter kit. It should feel efficient and repeatable.

Recommended branding approach:

- Clear/frosted plastic box.
- Black belly band or top label.
- Lime accent line.
- Text: `Reorder Pack`.
- Small support line: `Vials only. Batch details inside.`
- Variable sticker fields:
  - Customer/order ID.
  - Product name(s).
  - Vial count.
  - Batch/lot.
  - Expiry.
  - QR/COA pathway.

### Reorder Pack-Out Rules

- Use only for existing/reorder customers.
- Do not include syringes or swabs unless separately approved and ordered.
- Max 10 vials per box.
- If the order exceeds 10 vials, split into multiple reorder boxes.
- If different products or batches are mixed, use clear dividers or batch labels.
- Batch/lot and expiry must be recorded per vial/product.
- Apply tamper seal or security label before dispatch.

## Operational Decision

Use this decision tree:

1. First order or customer needs onboarding: use New User Welcome Pack.
2. Existing customer reordering only vials: use Reorder Vial Box.
3. Existing customer needs supplies again: either sell a separate supplies kit or use the welcome pack format only if approved.
4. More than 10 vials: use multiple Reorder Vial Boxes.

## Production Priorities

1. Prototype the New User Welcome Pack.
2. Source 10-slot clear/frosted plastic vial boxes.
3. Test 10 actual peptide vials inside the reorder box.
4. Design and print reorder belly band/top label.
5. Confirm tamper seal method for reorder box.
6. Confirm pack-out SOP for mixed-product/mixed-batch reorder boxes.
