Most first-time customers need a cleaner start than a long product list. The welcome-pack approach gives the customer clearer direction, useful documents, starter materials where approved, support, and a more premium unboxing experience.
Who is Boda designed for?
Boda is designed for active customers who value structure: people who train, track routines, care about packaging, and want a premium first-purchase path rather than a confusing supplier search.
Does Boda give medical advice?

Boda uses product photos where approved assets are available. Where final product photography is still pending, the site uses branded product tiles so customers can browse without broken or misleading imagery.
Can I compare products by category?
Yes. Products are grouped by simple goals such as Metabolic, Recovery, Performance, Longevity, Focus, Skin + Hair, and Sleep so customers can scan the catalogue by what they care about.
Do product highlights explain what the product treats?
No. Highlights describe common customer interest areas. They are not medical claims and should not be treated as diagnosis, treatment, or outcome guarantees.
Why do some products have similar names with different strengths?
Some products may be listed in more than one strength or pack size. Each listing has its own product handle, price, and Shopify variant so checkout and fulfillment can stay accurate.

Where can I find COAs?
Boda includes COA links in the site footer and product documentation flow. Final batch-specific COA availability depends on the licensed wholesaler and the documentation supplied for each product.
Are all products third-party tested?
Boda should only publish testing or purity statements when the licensed wholesaler provides supporting documentation. The storefront avoids unsupported purity claims.
What should I check on a COA?
Customers commonly check product name, batch or lot number, test date, lab details, and whether the document matches the product received. Boda can provide the document link, but verification depends on the wholesaler-supplied records.
What happens if a COA is missing?
Contact support with the product name, order number, and batch details if available. Boda can send the request to the fulfillment partner or wholesaler for review.

How does the Boda cart work?
Customers add products on Boda, review the cart, and then proceed through Shopify Checkout once the real Shopify product variants are connected. Shopify handles secure payment, order records, and checkout communication.
Why does the site say checkout is being connected?
That message appears while placeholder product variant IDs are still in place. Once the Shopify products and live variant IDs are connected, the cart can send customers to Shopify Checkout.
Can I order more than one product at a time?
Yes. The cart supports multiple line items and quantities. Fulfillment may still depend on stock, review, approval, and any wholesaler requirements.
When is payment taken?
Payment should be handled inside Shopify Checkout once the store is connected. Boda does not directly process card details on the front end.
Can an order be held or cancelled?
Yes. Orders can be held, reviewed, adjusted, or cancelled where required by stock status, payment status, fulfillment review, platform rules, applicable law, or wholesaler approval.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once Shopify Checkout is live, customers should receive checkout and order emails through the configured Shopify flow. Fulfillment updates may come through Shopify, Boda, or the fulfillment partner.

Will I get tracking?
Yes, the intended flow is for tracking to be shared once the order has been approved, packed, and handed to the courier. The exact notification channel depends on the Shopify and fulfillment setup.
What if my order arrives damaged?
