Refund Review
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed case by case based on order status, fulfillment status, product handling requirements, Shopify records, wholesaler policy, and applicable law.
Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless required by law or approved by the fulfillment partner.
Sensitive Products
Regulated, sealed, sensitive, temperature-dependent, or special-handling products may not be returnable once dispatched because handling, storage, safety, and chain-of-custody requirements cannot always be verified after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, customers should contact support promptly with the order number and photos where relevant.
Resolution Options
Where approved, a resolution may include replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, courier investigation, wholesaler review, or another reasonable remedy.
Boda will coordinate with the licensed fulfillment partner to review replacement, refund, or resolution options.
